I loved the horses and MOST of the staff, however, some volunteers/workers were particularly mean. I would say that ms. Karen lives up to her name; she was yelling at us a lot, and just walked off when a little girl fell off her horse. The nice bunch of the staff are very welcoming however, and are very kind. The horses are well taken care of, the barn is clean, and the other animals (goats, chickens, etc) are so cute! I would say I enjoyed my time here overall, the price is a little on the high side, but it’s a fun place to go.

Karen is amazing. She is the Owner\ Trainer. She is hands down the best trainer in Brunswick County. My son has improved more in the past year with Karen at Wonderland Farms than in 5 years with the other trainers at other barns in The area. If your wanting your child or yourself to excel this is the trainer and place! I've definitely found the perfect trainer and place for my son to get English riding lessons. Gorgeous Covered Arenas to get lessons no matter what the weather may be. Wonderland Farms host wonderful Competition as well.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Wonderland Farm! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed—not just as a client, but as part of the barn family. The care and attention they give to the horses is second to none. Every stall is immaculate, the pastures are well-maintained, and it’s clear that the staff puts the health and happiness of the horses first. Karen is absolutely phenomenal—knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. Whether you’re brand new to riding or an experienced competitor, the trainers here tailor lessons to help you grow with confidence. I have learned so much and always leave the barn feeling accomplished and inspired. Beyond lessons, the programs here are amazing. From boarding and showing opportunities to summer camps and pony parties, they truly offer something for everyone. I especially love how they focus on safety while still making everything fun and engaging. What sets this stable apart is the genuine passion the team has for both horses and riders. It’s not just about riding—it’s about building trust, creating memories, and forming a bond that lasts a lifetime. If you are looking for a place where your horse will thrive, and where you’ll find top-notch training, incredible support, and a welcoming community, this is it. I’m so grateful to have found this gem of a barn!

This place is simply amazing. The owner Miss Karen one of those souls that aren't cut from the Same cloth anymore as the Old timers would say truly passionate About her animals and all the animals that are in her care A friendly amazing staff of hard-working people that move like a well oiled machine. The industry is dying more and more every day, and it breaks my heart, but this place is truly amazing. One of those little walks off the beaten path that's forever life-changing if you've yet to come experience what this farm is about. You should definitely put it on your to do list.

Had a very nice time at Wonderland Farms last week. They fit us in for a last minute pony ride with instructor Spicer. The instructor was great- encouraging my kids to participate in cleaning the horse and answering their many questions. They had so much fun and I feel like they learned a lot too. The barn was clean, with friendly barn kitties and an awesome old pony named Ivan for the ride. 10/10 recommend. Great experience at a good rate
