Small working farm in Castle Hayne offering a half-day summer farm camp for children ages 5 and up, running 8:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Campers enjoy pony rides, animal grooming and hands-on time with chickens, goats, rabbits, horses, a pig, geese and ducks, plus crafts and story time. The farm also hosts field trips and barn birthday parties.

They must be fed carrots and celery or something else. They have all kinds of farm animals and also a hay ride and a hose ride for children.

The children are in a very safe environment with many hands on experiences. We went last year and since then they have added more animals and activities.
