Winners' Camp is a seven-day residential leadership and accelerated-learning program for teens ages 13–17, run by a Honolulu nonprofit founded in 1985. Held at the foundation's ridge-top conference facility above Hawaii Kai, it uses experiential learning to build confidence, leadership skills and personal growth. Each session runs about 60 teens with a roughly 1:3 staff-to-participant ratio.
