Sales guy Doug made it seem like it was easy to cancel, that child care was more available than it actually was, and didn't actually provide a print out of all the membership terms. Now that it isn't working out (mostly due to the childcare availability) the true cancellation policy comes out (the one that was never explained and was never provided in writing). Shame on The Works for only talking about the upsides and not the risks, and shame on Doug for not clearly going over the contract terms.

★★★★★taylor grigorasthe works is the best!!! first, you are welcomed by the amazing staff at the front desk, everyone is so friendly and helpful. all of the facilities are very well kept, with SO much to offer for the entire family. and the playzone, i can’t say enough good things about! the staff is INCREDIBLE, they are so supportive for both child and parent. i can enjoy a workout and know my children are happy, well cared for and most importantly safe. i will recommend the works to anyone and everyone, its a place that feels like home. a membership is the best investment!
