Waves of Wilmington (WOW) is a year-round competitive youth swim team serving the Cape Fear tri-county area for swimmers age 5 and up. Swimmers train in groups by age and skill and compete in the Wilmington summer swim league; it is a competitive team, not an open-enrollment day camp.
