Mr Clinton did an incredible job teaching our 4 year old daughter how to swim. When she started, she was not able to Stay above water by herself at all. She gained her confidence so quickly. We started with swim lessons in late January of 2025, and two months later she was ready just in time for pool season to enjoy it. Swimming and diving by herself, and staying confidently above water. We are now sending out 2 year old son there next month.

I can't say enough great things about Clinton and Aquatic Adventures. My daughter is 4 years old and swimming in a pool and the ocean with ease, since taking lessons at Aquatic Adventures. Clinton is very patient and kind with children, and is an expert at what he does. We started with pool lessons through the winter, and progressed to ocean swim lessons this summer. He taught our daughter about rip tides, how to safely get in and out of the ocean (even in big waves), going under waves and so much more. It was worth every penny to have the security of knowing our daughter is safe in the water. Aquatic Adventures swim lessons are worth every penny and worth keeping your child safe. 5 Stars I reached out to Clinton Donald on short notice, hoping to get some open water swim lessons for my daughter before she left for her global studies program in Fiji. While she’s a capable swimmer, she had very little experience in open water—and since her program involved a lot of snorkeling and swimming, I was a concerned mom! Mr. Donald immediately understood my worries and went out of his way to fit her into his busy schedule. He came up with a thoughtful, focused game plan to build her skills and ensure her safety. At first, my daughter was a bit hesitant about the lessons, but afterward, she was so glad she went! She left feeling much more confident, and I felt a whole lot better about sending her halfway across the world to swim in the South Pacific. Our two children have had amazing success with Mr. Clinton. Our son, who couldn’t put his head in the water without a meltdown is swimming like a champ in both the pool and the ocean. Our 3 year old daughter has all the confidence swimming, and mom can take a big deep breath now that she can survive if she falls in the pool. We cannot recommend Mr. Clinton enough- the outdoor heated pool and wetsuits for winter lessons in the winter is a game changer. If you’re a parent in the Wilmington area looking for a spot for swim lessons, you found the best with Mr. Clinton.
