Walker West Music Academy is a nonprofit community music school in Saint Paul offering summer music camps for ages 5-18. Younger campers learn five instruments in the morning and take dance, yoga, and storytelling in the afternoon, blending music instruction with creativity and community. Rooted in African American musical traditions, it also runs a Women in Jazz retreat for teens.
