Powered by GoogleOn more than one occasion, the staff has failed to take proper precautions against violent players, even after multiple people have voiced concerns. Both physical and verbal abuse from different players have occurred at this location, yet little has been done to address it. There have been multiple serious incidents, including one player being fully smacked in the back of the head and another being hit directly in the chest. These are not minor disagreements or competitive moments getting out of hand. They are blatant acts of aggression that should have been addressed immediately! The staff’s response has been extremely disappointing and reflects a serious lack of concern for player safety, accountability, and respect for the game. Injuries caused with clear malicious intent have happened with little to no consequences. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values the sport, sportsmanship, or their own wellbeing.
I’ve been playing at this indoor soccer facility for a while now, and unfortunately the overall experience has gone downhill. The biggest issue is the refereeing. It’s extremely inconsistent and often feels like the refs aren’t fully engaged in the games. There have been multiple instances where refs are on their phones or watching other games instead of paying attention. Calls are inconsistent, and rules don’t seem to be enforced evenly, which takes away from the competitiveness and fairness of the league. It’s extremely frustrating and ruins the fun for everyone when they allow the same people who start fights to continue to play in the league. No one wants to worry about getting into a fist fight in an adult rec league ESPECIALLY if the same teams are a problem of concern within multiple vetta locations. It’s truly a lawsuit waiting to happen. What’s even more concerning is how certain situations are handled. During one game, another team made repeated racist comments, and the only response from the referee was to tell them to “calm it down.” That kind of behavior should be taken seriously and addressed appropriately, not brushed off. The pricing has also increased, but the value hasn’t. There are fewer teams now—often just the same four rotating in the league—which makes it feel repetitive and not worth the higher cost. A year ago, there were more teams and a much better overall environment. I’ve spoken with other players who have stopped playing here, and many share the same concerns. Unfortunately, some of us still play here simply because it’s one of the only convenient options for weekday games. I will say that the front desk staff, especially Tyler, are always friendly, helpful, and professional. They’ve consistently been a bright spot in an otherwise frustrating experience. Overall, I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the quality, fairness, and environment of the league.
