★Danielle RichardThe lifeguard is horrible! Watched multiple people get into arguments with her and cancel their memberships the 2nd day we went. Memebers said they filed formal complaints and nothing was done. She treats children and parents like they are unwelcome in this establishment. Day 1-she was playing on her phone when we brought the kids and clearly was inconvenienced by us being there. Shouted at the kids nonstop. Had an attitude with the parents(multiple groups of them). Even went as far as kicking my son out(7yrs old) for holding onto his dad's back. Yes you read that right. Holding onto his back in the water. We were yelled at for everything under the sun. Not standing close enough to a kid in the pool, children standing near the hot tub but not getting in when their parents were using it. You name it. Whats crazy is she SAT in a chair where she couldn't even safely watch over the pool. And when a kid without a life vest fell in and she should have been doing her job, a bystander saved them because she was too busy arguing with another parent.
