My son absolutely loves this place congratulations on making a place for kids to feel safe and play some good volleyball indoors

Great club my daughter has improved insanely throughout the season. Started off under-handing and ended the season jump serving! This club has a great family mindset and supports everyone of them. Yet the competition level for local tournaments are low because they go against NYS teams and sometimes dif age groups and teams in the Vegas united. And there’s usually not a lot of tournaments and games but other than that awesome season

My daughter joined a team at VU with high expectations, but unfortunately, our experience fell short. We signed all necessary forms in good faith, but here’s where things went wrong: • Poor Communication: There was a lot of miscommunication across different platforms, with practice and event details often given on short notice. We were also left to communicate primarily via text message, which made it easy for tones and intentions to get misinterpreted. • Lack of Transparency: We were never informed that our daughter wasn’t signed up for standard club team tournaments. Instead, she participated in scrimmages with other in-house teams, and one game with NYS (rec volleyball) despite paying the full $3K club price. • Delayed Tournament Schedule: We didn’t receive a tournament schedule until January, by which time other local teams had already competed in several events. • Limited Court Availability: Our daughter’s team had to share a court with another team until just two weeks before their first game. Meanwhile, the court was sometimes used for private lessons during practice time. • No Direct Communication: Important updates were only shared through newsletters, with no direct communication to parents about the ongoing issues. This was my daughter’s first experience with club volleyball, and unfortunately, by mid-season, several girls—including ours—were released from the team. This seemed to happen after parents, including myself, raised concerns about the lack of transparency and clear communication. If the club had held a parent meeting to explain the situation and adjusted the fees accordingly, we would have been more than understanding and would have continued with the program. At the core, we just wanted our daughter to play volleyball, have clear and timely communication, and ensure that the costs aligned with the value of the experience. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case.

Absolutely horrible expierence here. I can’t say it loud enough, DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! My daughter joined the local league. Weeks after joint the club, we were notified that the girls would no longer be competing in the club league, but be competing against NYS(a rec league) My girls team never got to practice on their own court. The communication from staff and even the owner was absolutely non existent. This place was a joke and absolutely needs to be out of business. Stay away from these guys.

If you are looking for a great experience where your child can be coached and grow as a athlete you won't get what you pay for here! They charge $3000+ for a season. What you are getting for that price is minimal coaching but a facility. You get to practice in their building. Am I bitter at this club? Yes! The were forced to shut down during Covid-19 but continued to take payments from us for the month of March. Our family paid $2800 dollars out of $3,200 dollar season but only received half of our scheduled tournaments. They took 5 months to "refund" our money not used for tournaments and we got $189.00 back. What a joke! I believe there are better clubs in town that are more honest and care about both your player and your money invested. Just think twice before signing with this club.
