The University of Michigan runs its Maize and Blue Tennis Camps at the U-M Varsity Tennis Center in Ann Arbor for junior players ages 9-17, held over two weeks in July with residential and commuter options. I tried to cancel my membership to stop it from renewing, but there isn't a way to do it on the website. I tried sending them an email with no response, and I called them 3 times already, and now they've already billed me for the next 6 months. Every time I am told they will leave a note to their manager, but I haven't seen any changes. How can the keep charging me for a service I don't want?
