They just sit on a mat and watch the “old kids” or stretch. The front desk is unresponsive on the phone and rude when you can reach someone. The place is filthy. We will not be renewing after this session. Please consider another gym before enrolling here

Carefully explaining how to and what his students would gain from the warm-up. Then he put them thru a group of obstacles all building both mind and body. It was very inspiring to see these 6 to 9 year olds develop skill and confidence.
