The soccer program director is a joke! Nothing worse than someone who uses their "title" to defend their straight up harassing attitude. I have never in my life been more embarrassed than I was after the events that took place on multiple occasions. All for a power trip. Pathetic.

Decent equipment but as others said, unfriendly. My debit card was compromised so I forgot to update. Every other recurring charge just had me update my card. This YMCA wants to charge me $35 because my card was declined. Sent me a nasty letter. Why can't i just give my updated information? The bank did not charge them because my old card was declined, so why charge me?? It's a great opportunity for me to get away from them.

My daughter is attending their summer camp program this year, she has never been to summer camp before but she loves it!! The amazing people that work here are very friendly and always willing to help with whatever you need. I’m so glad my daughter is able to attend and get out of the house during the summer to bring her energy levels down. She comes home every day super excited to tell me about all the fun she had that day!

I have been coming here since I was a child, and I started working out here a few years ago so I have a fair amount of experience with the pool and gym sections but little else. The pool is great. It’s generally clean and my family enjoys going there during the summer months. The lifeguards and staff are polite and friendly. The locker rooms are tolerable but outdated. The gym is decently well equipped for its small size and anyone can get a great workout there. There are plenty of cardio pieces and free weights with decent variety. They have four cable sections, 5 benches, a seated press, a leg press, a smith machine, two racks, plus a nice dumbbell rack and several other pieces including a dozen+ weight machines. Good stuff. However the gym could be much improved with some simple maintenance and cleaning. The weight plates are always all over the place. Heavy plates stacked on light ones, weight left on bars and plates mismatched everywhere. I understand that as gym goers we all should do our part, however it honestly seems like it is no one’s responsibility to have these things in order on a day to day basis. On top of that the bars and plates in general are dirty and/or rusty. Half of the implements leave a rusty color stain on your hands when you use them. I really wish these things were cleaned regularly. That’s a big paragraph about the gym maintenance as it is my main gripe about the Y. If those issues were taken care of and fixed, this would be a four star gym for me. I love my local Y and only want to see it improved. If you made it through this review, thank you for reading and have a lovely day. Edit: The Y got a lot of very nice equipment in the other day. Two half racks with deadlift platforms, new benches, new dumbbells, new everything more or less. Big props!

The karate class is A+++ the instructors all really care about what they do and about the kids. My son was able to start right away and they took their time getting him caught up. He was able to get his uniform the first night as well. It’s been a great experience for my 10 year old. They teach discipline and respect along with the classic karate curriculum. If you’re on the fence, they offer the first class for free. Give it a shot!
