I see her at the desk frequently and she does a phenomenal job, showing not only courtesy, but also an ardent dedication to ensuring that this place feels like more than just a gym; she makes it feel like a home and a family. Additionally, I enjoy seeing the multitude of teenage employees because this demonstrates the facilities willingness to pour into the youth of our community. They have church on Sundays, which shows their dedication to their values as a Christian organization, and they also stay true to being accessible to all. I also appreciate that there is ample transparency regarding policies and rules that go along with being a member of this gym. The equipment is kept clean, and the natural light through the windows in the lifting room is nice. It’s an added perk that I don’t usually see in a lot of gyms. This place is more than just a place to workout, it’s also a facilitator of the youth, demonstrating lovely care to young children, and providing summer camp and daycare. Have a blessed day

★★DeShawn NesbittThe facility is in urgent need of remodeling especially in the women's dressing room and restroom area. The restrooms are unsanitary and not being maintained to an acceptable standard. Additionally, the water pressure is low, and the toilets do not flush properly. The sauna is also a major concern. The wooden seats/steps are in poor condition and need to be replaced immediately, as they pose a serious safety hazard and could lead to an accident. I don't think much has been changed about the facility since my son attended camp there almost 30 years ago.
