The facility provides excellent space and equipment, and the coaches deliver thoughtful feedback that encourages growth, teamwork, and athletic excellence throughout every workout or practice. The staff was punctual, well prepared, and ensured that each participant received individualized attention and guidance during every part of the training

The owner, Allan, exhibited very concerning behavior during our daughter's session today. Despite receiving an email confirming her transfer into his class, Allan yelled at our 6-year-old, questioned her age rudely, and maintained a humiliating attitude toward her for no apparent reason. It broke my heart when my daughter told me she is now fearful of returning. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is a recurring issue for many parents. I no longer feel this environment is safe or professional, and I would strongly advise other parents to stay away. Reply to owner: The 'old trick' of blaming a crying child doesn't work when the child was happy until you began yelling at her first time we met (To be clear: we had never met, the class hadn't even started, and yet the very first words out of your mouth were aimed at yelling at a child). My daughter was eager to participate until she was talked down to and humiliated by a rude adult. If this were an isolated incident, your claims might hold weight. However, as many other reviews here confirm, your anger issues and demeaning treatment of families are a recurring theme. This review is a sincere concern for the safety and emotional well-being of other children. A coach who yells at a 6-year-old upon their first meeting is not 'solving a problem'; they are creating one. I am confident I made the right decision to pull my daughter out of this environment immediately, and we won't be back even if you were the only gymnastics option in the entire Bay Area. Hope you and your family have a wonderful day.

We have been part of the Twisters family for over two years, and for the longest time, we loved it. My daughter is naturally shy and sensitive, but Teacher Ericka was a godsend. She made my daughter feel so welcomed and confident that gymnastics was the highlight of her Saturdays. However, our experience shifted completely when she moved up from the Little Twisters class to the Beginners class with the owner, Allan. This morning, my daughter felt overwhelmed and started to cry. Instead of showing any empathy or helping her transition, Allan ignored her and continued the class. When I approached him afterward to help my daughter feel comfortable, he was visibly exasperated and shouted, "I am teaching a class here and don’t have time for this." As a parent, it is incredibly disappointing to see an owner treat a young child (and a long-term customer) with such a lack of patience. If the owner sets this kind of tone, it’s hard to trust the environment. We won’t be returning to a gym where the leadership lacks basic empathy for small children.

Twisted Gymnastics has been a fantastic experience for my son and me! He loves their Kids’ Night Out program, which happens once a month. It’s so convenient—I can drop him off at 4:30 and pick him up at 7:30, knowing he’s having tons of fun. We’ve also signed him up for regular classes, and I really appreciate how flexible they are. When my kid missed a class, they gave us a token to make it up at another time, which is such a great system. But you only get one token a month. I also checked in with front desk to switch my enrollment of half day camp to kid's night out due to conflict scheduling . Which he has no problem to let me do so . I really appreciate their flexibility. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the owner is wonderful—they clearly care about creating a welcoming environment for both kids and parents. I’ve had such a great experience here that I’ve already recommended their Kids’ Night Out program to many of my friends. If you’re looking for a fun, flexible, and family-friendly place, Twisted Gymnastics might be the great place for you :) I enjoy my little break too We're so happy to have Ms. Grace as our new instructor! The kids absolutely love her. She's incredibly passionate about teaching, and my son had an amazing time in her classes! All the instructors are so nice in this place. I am really happy :D

Both of my kids (7 yr old son and 5 yr old daughter) have been practicing gymnastics here for almost half a year. My son is always looking forward to the class, and it’s the most “fun” class among all the other classes. My daughter has made great progress in the short period of time, and also tries to “teach” me sometimes at home. They both like the couple of coaches they had (coach Misty, Kyle, Kiara, Elise). They may have different styles but all pay great attention to the kids and trained them like real gymnasts! Compare to other gyms around, the best thing I like is the cleanness, and not over crowded, so the kids can focus on the coach and instructions, and not get distracted from other kids and loud noise. They also have super easy makeup class policy, which is super convenient for kids with busy schedules! Overall great experience and highly recommended.
