Nice facility. Could use a good scrubbing inside and out, 2 stars because of the lack of engagement and knowledge of the most basic information like pricing and schedule. When I asked their response was "oh that's all online" .. ok ill just talk to the website instead of a person thats supposed to know what's going on. No one (staff, manager, receptionist) approached me to introduce themselves or ask how the trail lesson was going... what was supposed to be an hour class ended early for no reason there was only 3 kids including mine and not even the same ages. We wont be going back. Security cameras but lack of security safety.

As much as I love this gym & Its atmosphere. My child has attended the walkover class on and off throughout the years & it seems lately I'm questioning the credentials that the coaches have, I did gymnastics growing up so I know what to look out for. Recently this past Friday (3/27), I noticed another child in the same class as my child.. Not getting the proper training. The child fell, almost hurting herself & the coach consecutively let her fall on her head. I would love to see more improvements when bringing in new faces, again I love the facility but the safety of our children is more important.

My 10 year old did winter break camp at this location a year or so ago. She absolutely LOVED it! She had such a great time and made many friends. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. My 10yo has severe ADHD and the staff was very patient with her.

My daughter was going to a different place in Jax for tumbling and gymnastics and after 3 years there … she barely gained any skills. We switched to Tumblrz in the beginning of this year and within 3 months here she had learned more than what she learned in 3 years prior. Now after almost a full year here she has only continued to advance. The teachers really take their time with each student to refine their skills before moving them up to the next one. It’s not too many students per each teacher. They are patient and encouraging. Seriously can’t recommend them enough! If you’re considering enrolling your child here, do not hesitate!

We joined Murray Hill Tumblrz after hearing it about it at our local school. The post COVID opening wait was painful but so worth it, the location is huge and full of new equipment. Despite the equipment supply challenges, they stayed in touch and continue to do so regarding holidays etc. I had the grandparents take her to the first practice and there were no issues. The group is always ready to go and things kick off on time and they end on time. Coach Claire has a positive attitude and has become someone my daughter looks up to. Our only hope in joining was to increase coordination and have fun but her confidence has also soared as a result of mastering the basic tumbling skills. We can't thank Coach Claire and Coach Sydney enough. We are looking forward to season two this summer!
