I am writing this review after my son’s first trial class. He is 4 years old and was very excited to attend, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The environment felt disorganized and chaotic. It took me about 20 minutes to even identify who the coach for his class was, and there was no greeting, introduction, or effort to make my child feel welcomed on his very first visit. For a young child just starting out, this type of welcome is very important. Instead, he was immediately placed into group with significantly older children just running around without any explanation or guidance. I was informed the class size would be a maximum of 6 children, but the first minutes of class started with at least 20 older kids, which felt overwhelming and inappropriate for his age and experience level. My son became upset and crying within minutes, and we had to leave shortly after. He is now very shaken by the experience and says he does not want to participate in any similar activities ever again. In my opinion, working with very young children requires structure, warmth, and clear introductions from the coach before expecting them to participate. A more supportive and organized start could have made a big difference in how my son experienced the class. I am extremely disappointed because I believe that with a more thoughtful introduction, we could have become regular participants. At this point, I am requesting a full refund, as I was charged the $70 monthly fee before the trial class even took place.

This is a great establishment! Diane runs a tight ship here and I truly appreciate her leadership and family oriented environment. We started with the after school camp and went from there to the gymnastics classes and school break camps. My daughter loves it here and has thrived here. Diane has always been available should I have any questions or concerns, knows my daughter well and keeps me up to par on behavior, both good and bad (which I truly appreciate since sometimes with these programs, you only get the bad news about your child). The team is diligent and patient with the kids and my daughters loves it there! Highly recommend!

Love this place! We started with a summer camp, went to weekly classes, did another summer camp, and had a birthday here! Diane is amazing, as is every coach that works there. She also enjoys going, which had always been an issue with other things we had tried. So glad we found ACG!

We love the coaches and staff so much! They have been such a wonderful after-school care program and my kids also do lessons once a week (gymnastics and ninja tricking). They have learned so much and come home smiling every day eager to show me what they've learned. I think that the coaches and staff have helped build confidence in my kids on top of all the fun stuff! Thanks for everything y'all do!

My daughters have coach Logan as their awesome instructor. He’s hardworking, incredibly patient and super amazing with the kids!! I appreciate his positive attitude and energy he puts forth in each class he teaches!! Thank you coach Logan for all you do and thank you cal gym for keeping the place clean and friendly!! Your entire staff is outta this world!!
