★Charittey ScottVery poor customer service. My initial visit was after I booked a party for my daughter, where they recommended a trial class. When we arrived no one acknowledged us for at least 10 minutes, not even a “Welcome in, we will be with you in a moment.” During our time waiting, the space was so tight from the previous class being released we were basically stuck at the door. This showed me they really didn’t have the capacity to host a birthday party with a large party as advertised. Parties say they can accommodate up to 20 children, but the lobby barely has enough seating for parents during classes. They won’t allow you to transfer your deposit to attend classes; which is technically classified as unearned revenue. They made no exceptions to ensure we were able to still use the money we paid them. Their response was, “You’ve already paid the deposit so if you decide not to have the party here you unfortunately would be forfeiting your deposit since it’s non-refundable and non-transferable.” Unsatisfactory. I recommend visiting the facility and making the decision from there before trusting them to fulfill your needs for a birthday party. Do not give them your money unless you feel confident that they can meet your needs.
