I was trying to join my daughter but there is no way I’ll put my child in to such an organization that speaks to people in an arrogant, rude and uneducated manner. What a shame -the purpose of this comment is not to trash your business. You might have the best business on this planet. It doesn’t matter who is answering emails. What matters is that it’s A PERSON answering to ANOTHER PERSON and there is no need to be rude or disrespectful.
