Total Sports Experience is a multi-sport center with two Rochester-area sites (East Rochester and Gates) offering leagues, camps and clinics in soccer, lacrosse, basketball, baseball/softball, flag football and field hockey. Its Summer Vacation 3-Day Soccer Camp runs June 29-July 1, 2026, 9:00am-3:00pm, for boys and girls ages 8-10 with no experience needed, mixing skill-building games, scrimmages and team activities; a pizza lunch plus chips and fruit is provided. That camp is held outdoors at the Gates site with an indoor field as a rain backup. TSE also lists Micro Programs for ages 2-10 under its camps and clinics.

He is patient, fun and is great with the kids, this has been a good way to have my little socialize with kids the same age. I would recommend, parents micro soccer is going to be interactive for you too and be prepared to get out on the field chasing/playing with your little. I was thinking I would sit and watch on the sidelines and go in and out as needed, but it really is your in the field with them the whole time. The kids do get dirty from the turf.
