Eagles' Peak was a small, local company that I was completely happy to support and do business with. Unfortunately as of about a month ago, they were bought out by Nestle. So far, the experience with Nestle has gone exactly as you would expect. Myself and all customers were notified of a delivery fee increase. They have also failed to pickup or deliver my new order for a week straight now, all the while saying that they will ABSOLUTELY be coming the next day. Do not sign up with this company in their current state. I am currently looking forward to cancelling my contract.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! - Eagles Peak Water seems to have SOLD their company to ReadyRefresh owned by Nestle and has handed over ALL of their customer information to a company that I/Customer has NOT Approved to receive any water from. NOW customers have to go through the process of settling accounts that were NEVER Started with ReadyRefresh/Nestle. This surely is a Breach of Contract that deserves to be addressed.

I was with Eagles Peak for a about 6 months and I was constantly being jerked around. Delivery tickets would list (and charge for) more bottles than I received, I frequently didn't receive their email delivery reminders and would forget to put my bottles out for exchange so they would leave me 3 new bottles (and charge deposits for them), being charged DOUBLE delivery fees when they mistakenly didn't leave the right amount of bottles. Finally I decided that going over their invoices and delivery tickets with a fine tooth comb or being constantly over charged wasn't worth it. I canceled my service with them on January 12, 2018, finished my remaining water and waited for them to come pick up the bottles. At the beginning of June (when my bottles weren't picked up after several deliveries) I contacted them to find out how I can get them picked up. They were picked up on June 28th, 2018. A month later I contacted them to see why I hadn't received my bottle deposit refund. I was told it can take up to 90 days. Shortly after Thanksgiving I contacted them AGAIN. They didn't have an explanation for why my refund hadn't been processed but they told me they would start the process now and it could take up to 90 days because they don't process the payment, a 3rd party does. The following week I received an email telling me that my refund was ready and just had to be approved by the owner (...why??). It is now December 31st, 2018 and I have still not received my refund. I will be filing a small claims court complaint when the courthouse opens after the New Year.

Been using Eagle Peaks water delivery service for over a year now as last year in June 2017 I wanted to see how much it would cost to have 5 gallon water jugs delivered. As my parents are getting older it becomes dangerous for them to be carrying 5 gallon water jugs from the store to home. So it becomes a chore for me which I'm not really fond of doing as they are really heavy and tedious to move. I was surprised to find out that not only is Eagle Peak water delivery service cheaper than going and getting the 5 gallon water jugs at the grocery store. But also surprised that the delivery is free and their customer service is top notch as you can call with prompt service from the people that answer. Been using them for over a year now and haven't had any problems too as I just leave the 5 gallon water jugs outside and new ones appear when I get home it's like witchcraft. I use them for residential purposed but I know they also do commercial, so I personally will highly recommend people reach out to them and see what they have to offer.

I can't stand tap water, warm water, spending $1-$3 for designer water, or individual plastic bottles. But, yet humans need to drink water constantly... The solution, Eagles Peak!!! A dispenser with hot/cold and recyclable 5gal jugs! Home delivery has been fantastic, water tastes great... Two months now, and I've eliminated sugary drinks from life. The cost is really no more than buying gallon jugs at a store, but oh so much more convenient! I keep having to add more jugs to the delivery, I'm up to 5 monthly!
