Powered by GoogleGreat facility, great coaches and the owner Greg is a fantastic guy - gave our son a tour and let him try out the shooting machine free of charge! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a state-of-the-art facility - I will be signing up my two boys for this year's summer camps!
Greg is an incredible person who genuinely cares about the kids and always goes above and beyond. The program provides three days a week of training, plus specialized coaches for weight and core training. It’s a great environment for growth and development.
MONEY GRAB AAU TEAM!!! DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE! Not only is the owner not a good coach or business man, he literally took every kid that signed up for try out for $1100 each just to keep the money!!! The bench had 8 kids on the team! He was very defensive and disrespectful when I approached him about it to get answers. He told do not speak to a coach 24 hours after a game!!! I played basketball my whole life including AAU, this is not a good place to be!!! Be Aware parents !!! Also he does not issue refunds to kids who hasn’t been able to play!!!!!
I had a very disappointing experience with Jersey Hoops AAU. From the start, it felt much more like a money grab than a program focused on developing young athletes. There was little to no emphasis on actually helping players improve their skills or grow their understanding of the game. Practices lacked structure, and coaching felt inconsistent and unprofessional. The biggest issue was playing time—there was clearly no effort to provide fair or equal opportunities for all players, which is extremely discouraging for kids who are there to learn and develop. Overall, the environment did not feel supportive or development-focused. I would not recommend this organization to families looking for a positive, growth-oriented basketball experience.
Love this team! My son has had such a great experience w jersey hoops academy, from the clinics to the AAU team. He has learned so much and also met such great friends and coaches!
