Powered by GoogleThe value of instruction and a welcoming environment is priceless and TOCA has it! My tennis lessons as well as brief match play, along with qualified teaching professionals make this a win win sports complex!!! You truly have a devoted TOCA tennis student in me!!
I grew up playing tennis and gave it up after high school some 20 years ago. During Covid, I was looking for something that I could do. So, I picked up a racket again playing with family members during the warmer months and wanted to keep with the spot once the Cleveland winter came. I did a quick online search and found Force now TOCA about tennis lessons. Fast forward to 5 years later. I haven't looked back. TOCA is one of my homes away from home. After spending 2/3 nights a week here. In the time that I've played here they have continued to put money into tennis and the building from resurfacing the 5 indoor courts to the massive undertaking of fixing the exterior roof of the whole facility. The relatively new management have helped to take care of some differed maintenance such as resurfacing the parking lot as well as some fresh coats of paint.
Overall just a nasty place to play soccer. Nothing seems to work and never gets fixed. Vending machines out of order, cleanliness of bathrooms/locker rooms is non existent, broken score boards, holes in the rotting floor, roof leaks that drip water on players and spectators, needs massive amounts of tlc that never seem to come. Echoing all other recent reviews. Nothing had been fixed and it seems like no one really cares. Would of gladly sent my team to play at a different facility for 2nd winter session if they had enough teams available to play. Here's to management reading this and actively improving the place but a doubt it will happen.
I just don't understand why these places can't stay in good condition?!?! (All Toca Sports Facilities) When it was Force ot was just as bad. You charge A LOT to rent the space. You pay someone to sit at the desk and scroll on their phone. I have never seen an employee clean anything. The bathrooms are consistently disgusting, smelly and falling apart. Today...0 toilet paper in the restroom. Don't get me started on the freaking parking lot? Why exactly did we redo 1/2 the lot?!?!? Some if the fields are crazy slippery. The roof leaks so that is another concern for slipping on the fields. Looks like the same mouse poo is still just hanging out since the last review. Why would you pay someone to sit at the desk and not have them wipe surfaces and vaccum? Simple as put up a sign- in area cleaning. Ring bell for service etc...We were at another facility 2 wks ago for a tournament, Caps, What a nice place.
Facility- Huge, great for all sports Parking - Needs a lot of help, for as much traffic that I have seen come through here, parking should be bigger. Cleanliness- Gross, while spectating we saw mouse feces next to a pillar. Someone should at least wipe down the area where patrons sit.
