Powered by GoogleLoving our experiences at Thomas School of Horsemanship!! As soon as I stepped foot on the property just about a year ago - It was amazing and so welcoming - the owners and all staff / trainers have been great with my daughter , you can tell the horses are so well taken care of - private lessons , group lessons, clinics, schooling shows and Junior Olympics are some of the fun things we have been part of. - and looking forward to being part of their Team this year full of super nice and skilled riders 🐴❤️
I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Thomas School of Horsemanship. From the moment we became part of TSH, we felt so welcomed. They have created such an incredible environment where kids not only learn to ride but also learn from and support one another. It’s so much more than a riding program—it’s a community, and everyone genuinely wants to see each other succeed. I board my horse here, and my daughter rides in their lesson program, and it has honestly been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. The atmosphere is positive, encouraging, and truly feels like family. We are so grateful to be part of TSH and couldn’t recommend it more. Watching my daughter grow in confidence while being surrounded by such a supportive community has been incredibly special, and we feel so lucky to call TSH our second home.
Just moved to Jericho from Philadelphia. I would give zero stars if I could for the attitudes of the staff. Enquired about riding lessons for my daughter, firstly took me days to obtain any kind of response, and when I did the responses were unhelpful, disinterested, and left me feeling they are not interested in any further business. Unless they change their attitudes soon, I will not be recommending this place to anybody at all. Unapologetic and rude.
Thomas School of Horsemanship is truly special place and program. The focus goes far beyond riding and emphasizes developing real horsemanship, responsibility, and respect for the horses. The students build strong skills while also forming genuine camaraderie and supporting one another as a team. My daughter’s trainerJohanna has been exceptional. She is knowledgeable, patient, and deeply committed to helping each rider grow and reach their potential. Owners Barbara and Sean clearly care about both the horses and the students, creating a positive, supportive environment that makes this barn feel like a true community.
Thomas School of Horsemanship is a wonderful place. Our children have ridden here for several years. The instructors (especially Julianna) are all patient, kind, professional, communicative and highly skilled. The horses are beautiful and well cared for. Riding with Thomas School over the years has given our now 14-year old self-confidence, unique skills, and long term goals to work towards. Joining the team this past year has provided the opportunity to be part of a team while doing an individual sport, which works better for us than traditional team sports. Their lesson booking site is easy-to-use and convenient. Highly recommend.
