★Mr. JGood luck swimming at this place. They cap it at like 10 people and then turn you away or put you on a waiting list to even be near the pool, hot tub or sauna. Unbelievable. Drive an hour to come swim and they say sorry, we already have 10 people so you can sit and wait all day and maybe get a chance at swimming bc there's 7 people on the wait list already.
★C JWe were in the pool area on Saturday. The workers in the pool area are extremely rude! I get there are rules, but there is no need to be as intense as they are. These young men working definitely need some more training.
★★★CSI Home Computer ServicesIt’s a 3 star place, but it’s the best we have in the area, especially if you live NW of Duluth. I’d go to the downtown location more often if I wasn’t so far away. I have to take away 1-star for the small scale of basically everything in the place. They tried to fit in too much in the lot and square feet they had to work with. I also had to take away 1-star for the pricing and hours of operation. The place is clearly built to serve seniors as their primary target audience, who pay nothing. They also clearly serve public programs for “special needs” (if that’s the PC term for it this month?) I know nothing about such programs but it’s quite irritating to pay top dollar to be surrounded by a ton of folks that pay nothing. Also, they charge you a fee for pausing and unpausing your exorbitant membership fee and solicit you for locker rentals. It is what it is, I like it, and I don’t. Duluth needs a Lifetime. Of course that would likely cost even more. Just my 2c
★★★James DangReview for gym junkies/lifters: Clean, spacious environment but LIMITED free weight section and only one of each for machines/benches - so during busy times you will be waiting! Younger demographic at this facility, some that sit on their phone on equipment. 4pm-6pm are usually very busy times. Parking is no problem here vs the downtown branch.
