I feel I need to warn fellow survivors of sa that this is not a safe space to work out. I made a request to keep political news off the main TVs since it is full of sa coverage these days. But, of course, a Fox viewer threw a temper tantrum in the workout room so, after that they just backed down. As a survivor, I should be used to this sort of behavior but, I'm still not. This helped send me back into crisis, don't let it happen to you.

Well staffed and clean location. Pool and hot tub are great but closing down for 30 minutes at a time several times a day is a pain when there are no chairs anywhere near the pool to sit and wait. Disabled people who want to keep swimming have no where to go during this time except a changing room with hard benches. Also, the doors are all very very heavy and hard to open for the disabled who are alone. They need auto assist doors for the disabled throughout the building.
