★Melissa JonesDrop in care is extremely chaotic, lacks structure and is the closest thing I’ve seen to lord of the flies in real life. Very unsafe situation for the kids due to lack of adequate supervision. I witnessed a staff member pulling an autistic child who was overstimulated to a corner and yelling at her to stop screaming. The employees do not seem to have control and training. I will not be returning and I hope parents do their research before dropping their kids off to this location.

The location is great, the facility is clean and is decorated with bright bold colors, but the real benefit is the programming, the management, and instructors. My child adores Ms. Stephanie and Mr. Ty. They bring out not only physical agility and coordination, but also personal confidence and a sense of community with their classmates. Registration is easy with lots of schedule choices for working parents. And if we miss a class, the management is very flexible with make-ups. We've also taken the day camps - they are cost-effective with early morning drop-off and evening pick-up at no extra cost and my child comes home fulfilled and happily exhausted. We highly recommend the Lake Boone Tumble Gym.
