★★★Anna BIf you value a high threshold of professionalism and operating in excellence, I cannot recommend this place based off my experience. Delays and or closures were not communicated with me. When it first occurred I resorted to emailing the establishment due to them not having someone available to take calls when I attempted. I understand that people are human and concluded the first occurrence as an opportunity to learn and grow for myself and the establishment. However a second occurrence happened where we showed up to find the gym closed and no information was communicated with me beforehand. Despite me calling and emailing the establishment, my efforts have gone unanswered and or acknowledged. They say silence is an answer and I have heard Knightdale Gymnastics Loud and Clear. Addendum: I added two stars because the owner responded to my email after I posted a public review.
★★Mc DI attended an open gym session with my kid. When I approached the counter I overheard gossip going on between employees. Not professional. The lobby has open cubbies with personal items on the floor even in the gym area. Not very tidy. In addition, the lobby is dim. The children are mostly barefoot and the floors appear very dirty. The foam pit is questionable. How often are the floors and equipment cleaned? Overall it was very untidy, the environment was uninviting, and the staff need to curtail gossip. If you decide to attend bring sanitizer, socks, and disinfecting wipes.
