★★★★★Nellie MaurerGreat experience and perfect for a 4 year old's birthday party! I called to book the gym, and they had to check back to see if they had the staff available for it. I called back a week later to check again, and then they called me back when they arranged for someone to staff the party. They booked my party online and then I paid the deposit online. We picked up food at Lowes Food down the street from Tumble Gym, got there around 12:40 for a 1 PM party and they let us come in and set up. The staff member was very friendly and helpful! They checked in all the kids as they got in, and allowed my daughter to play (with her grandparents' supervision) as soon as we got in. They had a few obstacle courses set up. It was an hour of basically Open Gym, and then 30 minutes in the party room, which was perfect for us! Kids are kids, so they would get hungry and grab snacks (provided by us) to nibble on in the party room. The adults either played with the kids (all shoeless) or hung out at the front/party room. The staff member helped the kids out as needed, but the kids were mostly left to play (perfect for us). Parents signed a waiver for their child as they got in the door. Towards the end of the party, I signed off on the final bill, left a tip, and the staff member cleaned up everything else for us (we did a lot of the clean up as well). Overall, great experience! I would highly recommend it. My nephew who is 5.5 years old had a great time as well. The Tumble Gym was smaller than I'm used to, but the perfect size for this group. We had a total of eight kids, from ages 3 - 5. I'm sure my daughter would want to book it again for her next birthday.
