My account has been charged incorrectly, and despite multiple attempts to reach out via email/phone, text I have received zero response. I need someone from management to contact me immediately to resolve this unauthorized charge. It is disappointing to have to resort to a public post to get a basic response from a business. I’ll be monitoring my messages and hope to get this settled today before I have to take further steps.

I called the phone number on the door a few times and sent the email. Haven’t heard from anybody. Please don’t waste your time like I did. they obviously don’t know how to be professional and handle business

★★★★★Destiny RichmondThe teachers here are so hardworking and friendly! Their beginner classes are true to being beginner friendly and even I, a bad dancer myself, can learn these dances. The owners are so involved into each and every person who enters the building. It’s very inclusive and accepting of all and the best dance studio. I love the renovations such as the light modes which makes the room literally change colors. I have never seen anything like it! So cool! The prices are great too! It’s all in all wonderful. And if you’re looking for a clean environment, this is the place to be. It’s very clean and I’m pretty sure the owner is a neat freak 😆 I just love everyone there! They’re so awesome!
