The Music Shed with David Morgan runs one-week summer rock camps in Redding, CT for middle- and high-school musicians, with younger students also accepted. My son has attended the Rock Band Summer Camp multiple times as a guitarist over the years, and every time I’m blown away by what David accomplishes with these kids. In just one week, they learn five songs together in a real studio setting and perform them for friends and family - it’s always so much fun and genuinely impressive how great they sound! It's the highlight of our summers! My son has also participated in David’s 20 week immersive program, where the kids learn to play in a band and wrap up with a live performance at a local restaurant for the public. Both programs are such valuable, confidence building experiences and worth every penny for what the kids gain musically and socially. We truly love David and all he brings to this program - he’s a treasure!

She played with four other kids and David, and they had a performance on the fifth day of the camp, where they played 4 different songs they had worked on all week.
