The Music Settlement, founded in 1912 in Cleveland's University Circle, is a nonprofit community arts school offering music instruction, music therapy, and preschool through kindergarten day school. Its summer camps run in June, July and August for ages 3 through adult and include Camp Create, an introductory arts camp combining theater, dance and vocal and instrumental music; Music Safari, which introduces young children to instruments; a week-long steel pan camp; and Piano Camp Jr. for beginners. Camps take all skill levels, and the organization states it serves participants regardless of age, background, ability or economic circumstance; daily hours vary by camp and are not given on the overview pages.

Powered by GoogleThis space has such an amazing program for young learners. Music is an integral aspect of being human and the fact that there is a space that celebrates and encourages music at such a young age is a gift to the community.
Great program for the local community and to everyone that's involved, koodos to all of you.
I love this place! I took my first piano lesson here today and it went wonderfully. The building is stately looking with a manicured lawn and on-site security. My instructor is highly skilled and very personal. I think this is going to be a good experience. "How do you get to Carnegie Hall?" Practice, practice!
My son has been a piano student at The Music Settlement for three years and his skill has flourished. The teachers are great at meeting the students where they are and encouraging them to do well!
My daughters have participated in Jr Jams and now Jams, combos, and theory classes. Their progress is wonderful. I love this place.
