The Little Gym of Virginia Beach runs short indoor camps for ages 3-10 that mix gymnastics, movement games and themed activities. Super Quest Camps (ages 3-8) run about three hours a day around a weekly interactive learning theme, and Grade School Skill Thrill (ages 6-12) is a three-hour gymnastics-skills program at beginner, intermediate or advanced levels. Because sessions run roughly three hours rather than a full day, they will not cover a workday; The Little Gym is a franchised chain of children's physical-development centers.
