Powered by GoogleMy kids love The Little gym of Hatfield. We have been attending for couple of years now. Kind, attentive, engaging teachers. My daughter also had her bday party there and it was great! Kids had so much fun playing games and dancing. Highly recommend!
The Little Gym of Hatfield has a great and kind that truly care about the kids. You can tell by how much work they put into all the classes and parties that they lead. If you're looking for a gymnastics class for your little one this is truly the place to go! Shoutout to Heather and Sarah for holding the gym together even on the busiest days! Those women are real life rockstars!
My kids love TLG! My son asks daily if he can go! The Hatfield team with Ms. Sara and Ms. Heather is the best!
We absolutely loved this place when I started my son almost 3.5 years ago and after my son stopped we started our daughter and the entire time we were there Mrs. Carrie was our teacher. I don’t have enough time or space to say everything I want to about her but we absolutely loved her! My very 1st day there she was so welcoming to me and my son who was so shy. She is so amazing with all the kids, so personable with the parents, and overall is just a kind loving happy person who loved her job. She made class so fun!! We were there and continued to go because of her!! She took her time to do skills with the kids, she played music and would sing along with the kids, she was passionate, and overall the absolute best! Sadly she no longer works here for sad reasons and the gym is just the not the same. The new teacher and director have zero personality, they are quick to get class done and get the kids in and out, and they are all business! This place is nowhere near what it used to be and it’s extremely sad! All of us parents are devastated of Mrs. Carrie being gone. It’s a huge loss for the gym and the community. Stay away from the gym in Hatfield, not worth your money!
This place used to be privately owned. It was the absolute best while under Mrs. Carrie’s management. The space was always decorated with the most impressive artwork, it was immaculate in cleanliness, and the teachers knew my children by name and remembered little personal details about each of them. Carrie regularly went above and beyond by providing special baked treats during the holidays or snacks she knew all of the kids would love! She and her staff knew how to run a warm, welcoming environment— one where my daughter thrived for two years before the gym was very sadly sold to Unleashed Brands, about a year ago. That’s when everything went downhill. My 3y/o daughter continued to love her class, specifically, taught by Miss Tiara and Mr. Vinny, who both made it so much joyful, silly fun. And my 1y/o son absolutely thrived in class with Mrs. Carrie. But, as a parent, my experience under this new ownership was disappointing, especially once they abruptly and unnecessarily reallocated job titles (if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it). Throughout this past year, there have been numerous changes in staff, protocol, and management style, with little to no explanation to clients. Every change intended to improve systems that needed no alteration has proven only to downgrade business. The lack of communication to clients regarding changes and outrageously disrespectful treatment of the staff members — who have been wonderful teachers to my children, my niece, and the children of my friends — has shown a complete breakdown and failure of what was once a wonderful system (under original leadership). The new management has truly sucked the life and soul out of this place. They don’t even know the kids’ names half the time. Considering all of these sudden and unwarranted shifts within the business, and the negative impact they’ve had on our overall membership experience, we will likely take our business elsewhere in the new year. Hate to see a good thing go, but… it doesn’t look like things at TLG Hatfield will ever again be what it used to be.
