The Little Gym of Clifton Park runs indoor active camps built around gymnastics, movement and games. Two tracks are offered: Super Quest Camps for ages 3-10, who must be bathroom independent, and Skill Thrill Camps for ages 6-12. Camp programs run 3-4 hours, making them half-day rather than full-day coverage, and enrollment is capped to keep the student-to-teacher ratio small. This is a franchise location of The Little Gym.

Powered by GoogleOwner is absolutely fabulous! She’s fantastic to work with & so great with all the kiddos! Happy to have this gem right here in Clifton park!
We’ve had a great experience at The Little Gym. My 6-year-old daughter has really grown in confidence and feels much more comfortable trying new things. Compared to another similar gym we tried, the environment here is more relaxed and supportive, which has made a big difference. The instructors are patient and encouraging, and she genuinely looks forward to going each week. Highly recommend.
Our daughter has loved being a member at the Little Gym Clifton Park since they opened. It is a wonderful space for her to get her wiggles out, meet new friends and grow. The staff are so supportive of her need to be independent and allow her to run freely and explore independently as needed. We are so thankful to have had this space on rainy/wintery days to make sure she’s still able to burn energy in a safe fun space! Highly recommended for anyone with a toddler who seems to have endless energy or toddlers who need help coming out of their shell socially.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this gym. My daughter is 2.5 years old. She’s been, for no known reason, insanely shy and even scared of new adults since she was old enough to show any reaction to her surroundings. I took her shopping, we did mommy-and-me classes, soccer classes at Afrims (also fun)…we do all the stuff…not much improvement. We joined this gym when they first opened with the main goals of fun, exercise, and getting comfortable with new adults (would love to be able to hire a babysitter eventually!). Within a month, she allowed Coach Amanda to support her on a bar - it was such a breakthrough in trust and confidence that I literally teared up right there in the class (#dork). Now, only a few months in, she LOVES this place. Gives high 5s to all the staff (loves Coach Emily, too), lets them physically support her during class, runs around without hiding behind me (even around DADS!!!!)…My daughter has grown SO much since we started here. I am so grateful. Also, the gym is clean, beautifully organized, runs like a machine. Very nice family bathroom. Hand sanitizers and tissues all over. Nice waiting area to keep kids entertained before class and also a spacious lobby/viewing space. LOVE!
My son started gymnastics at The Little Gym of Clifton Park when they first opened and it has been the best investment I have made for him thus far! Coach Amanda and her extremely patient, kind and fun team truly give the kids an amazing experience to be curious and let out some unhinged energy. The gym is always well kept and in excellent clean condition. We are so thankful for Coach Amanda and her safe place for our son to learn, grow and have fun, as well as the parents to sit back and watch the class!
