★★Kaylyn StevensonWhile my daughter previously had positive experiences during her gymnastics classes and the staff were kind, my overall experience ended on a very negative note. We recently moved, which is why I took my daughter out of the program. Much like other parents have experienced, we had a nice start, but the transition out of the gym was handled very poorly, specifically regarding the cancellation process. Despite filling out the required Google Doc to cancel, I noticed I was still being charged. I went into the establishment in person to confirm the cancellation and resolve the billing, but the customer service I received from Miss Rae was contemptuous. She hand an attitude from the very beginning, treating my legitimate concerns as a nuisance rolling her eyes and being passive aggressive. There was absolutely no need for such rudeness, especially since I have been a loyal, paying customer. Regardless of whether a member is staying or leaving due to a move, they deserve to be treated with respect. You never know what people are going through, so Miss Rae should definitely try to be kinder and more professional the next time a parent comes in to speak with her. Professionalism should be a priority, and unfortunately, this interaction was the exact opposite.

The staff was very friendly and not to mention we didn't have to do anything. They unloaded the car, set up decorations in the party room, cleaned up, served the food/ drinks, loaded gifts in the car. The kids had a great time here! I highly recommend this place.
