These folks are working quietly behind the scenes making Humboldt a more beautiful, equitable, enriching place to live. If there is an arts, culture, or educational project in Humboldt you've noticed, chances are the Ink People had something to do with it. They have over 100 projects and programs from public art and theater to free English language classes, community access makers spaces, kids summer camps, free media jobs training for youth in juvenile hall, and so much more.
Cool setup for a very awesome group. I dropped off art for a show and all the staff is very kind, friendly and helpful! They work with many other organizations, so it's a great place to start if you want to network with local creators!
Great space, lovely people, real sense of community.
