Terrible service. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. There were no first aid kits or defibrillators available, and the workers at the snack stand were incompetent—particularly the really heavy-set Caucasian worker, who took an excessive amount of time to get ice, not once but twice, when a player was hurt tonight. There were no customers waiting or placing orders. It was just me trying to get ice for an injured player since no first aid kits were readily available. The delay felt deliberate and lazy. I come to this facility often and pay a significant amount each day for entry. The level of service should reflect the amount they charge.

It was a very cold day so it was pretty cold inside. A bit pricey. Entry fee and snack strore. The courts are nice and families were enjoying their children ball out.

I am giving it 2 stars because the lack of heat in the building. You have athletes playing 2 or 3 games, and the thermostat inside is reading 53 degrees, this is not safe for them. This place makes so much money off these teams, the least they can do is have heat, multiple parents complained to ppl in charge, they did not care and brushed them off!!!

They offer 4 quarts to play and a nice snack stand which you don’t usually find in some of the other spots. It is a bit hectic as you get in and difficult to really sit and enjoy the games because there’s not much seating available. The front people that tried to collect the money are a bit ridiculous. I simply needed to go use the bathroom and they were basically harassing me. There is plenty of parking and the space is well air conditioned to enjoy the games. Also not sure why they charge $50 for a T-shirt of for their venue. I can’t see anyone wanted to spend 50 bucks on a cheap T-shirt.
