Hoops Basketball Academy Williamsburg is one of two New York Hoops Academy sites that host the operator's summer basketball camp, held in the gym behind PS 17 at North 4th Street and Driggs Ave. The camp takes ages 5-15 in age and skill-based groups and blends basketball instruction with chess and strength and conditioning, running warm-ups, skills drills, film review, competitions and 3-on-3 or 5-on-5 games through the day. Sessions run Monday-Friday from June 29 to August 29, full day 9am-4pm ($575/week) or half day 9am-1pm ($350/week), with extended care to 6pm and a $100 sibling or referral discount per week. The location also runs afterschool, Pre-K, girls development and private training year-round.
