Super Star Summer Camp is the day camp run by The Gymnastics and Cheerleading Academy, a gymnastics and cheer training facility established in 1975 at 5 Larwin Road, Cherry Hill. Campers ages 3 to 13 use the gym plus outdoor space, with half-day options for ages 3-6 and full-day for ages 3-13; families sign up for two to five days a week with a six-day minimum. Activities include gymnastics instruction, swim lessons, rhythm and dance, yoga, arts and crafts, outdoor sports and playground time, with laser tag, archery and obstacle courses added for full-day campers. The camp is safety-certified by the State of New Jersey and pool staff are Red Cross-certified lifeguards.

The staff goes above and beyond with the children giving out positive reinforcement stickers, awards and ribbons after classes and at the end of sessions. I attended my first birthday party with them today and I cannot say enough abt the staff. They are warm, welcoming and supportive of the children. The children got to try everything on the floor and the staff allowed the children to have a bit of freedom to run around, yet they balanced the fun with a structured environment. They even got to play laser tag! All I can say is, it was awesome. I got to speak with the staff and had a lovely conversation with Chad…great human beings and an amazing experience for my 5th grader. What more can I say?! 5 stars immediately!

Even my husband took a ride on the zip line and everyone got a good laugh. Staff was so friendly and supportive every step of the party. They listened to what the birthday girl and other kids wanted to do during their time in the gym and helped when it was time for food and cake. Everyone had a great time and we would host another party and be back for summer and winter camps too!
