Powered by GoogleMy daughter has been taking classes for the last 5 years. We started out with summer camps and loved how kind and caring the teachers were. She has been apart of Wiggles and Giggle and Academy. Through the years my daughter has done tap, ballet, jazz, hip-hop, Pom squad, and musical theatre. She loves getting a chance to try different classes each year and usually it’s something based on a different style that a camp was. We are getting ready for our next dancer to start in the fall.
My daughters have been with The Dance Movement for at least seven years. We began taking summer classes and for the past five years they've enjoyed ballet, hip hop, and pomegranate squad classes. I cannot say enough positive things about Ms. Lori the owner (and pom squad choreographer and instructor.) Miss Megan is an absolute gem of a human and so wonderful with her students. Miss Yvette pushes the girls in ballet in the most loving, and "tough love" way. Its been the most wonderful home for our family to have as physically expressive and creative outlet. 10 out of 10 recommend.
My daughter has been part of the Wiggles and Giggles program for the past three years, and our experience has been nothing short of amazing! She started out very shy, but her teacher has shown so much patience, kindness, and encouragement, helping her build confidence along the way. Now she absolutely lights up on dance days and can’t wait to go to class! I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a nurturing and positive environment for their little dancer.
We were at this studio for a while, and unlike other reviews, some instructors were very harsh. For example, my daughter got compared to one of her friends, being told that X friend "didn't forget and mess up choreography like you." She came home crying when that happened. Another time, the kids were being made to move to a new formation in the dance. The instructors kept yelling that she was doing it wrong in front of the other kids instead of calmly explaining what she had to do. The instructors very much have favorites. These positive reviews are probably from the favorites families. My daughter loved dancing when she began, and her love severely diminished after being at this studio.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My family has had an amazing experience with **The Dance Movement**. My daughter has been attending since she was just three years old, and over the past eight years she has taken ballet, tap, hip-hop, and Pom squad. Every single class has been a positive experience. The instructors are supportive, skilled, and truly care about the dancers—not just as students, but as people. My daughter has grown so much in confidence and ability, and she’s also made lifelong friends along the way. My son also attended The Dance Movement for five years of hip-hop and absolutely loved it. The studio creates a welcoming, encouraging environment for dancers of all ages and styles. I am so grateful for the years of memories, friendships, and growth my children have had here. I can’t recommend The Dance Movement enough!
