Carson has been an incredible baseball coach and mentor for our son. We have been working with him since the summer of 2023, and the impact he has had on Youssif’s development both on and off the field has been remarkable. Carson creates an environment where players are challenged, supported, and motivated to reach their full potential. He holds the kids to a high standard while maintaining a positive and encouraging approach that helps them build confidence and accountability. He provides thoughtful instruction, effective drills, and personalized stretching and training routines that players can continue working on at home. Under Carson’s guidance, Youssif has made tremendous improvements as a pitcher, but the growth extends far beyond baseball skills. Carson consistently teaches valuable life lessons about hard work, discipline, perseverance, and character. He takes the time to connect with the kids on a personal level, showing genuine interest in their lives outside of baseball and building relationships that earn their trust and respect. One of the things that makes Carson such a great mentor is his willingness to share his own experiences. He often talks about the challenges, setbacks, successes, and lessons he encountered throughout his baseball career, giving the players real-world examples of what it takes to overcome adversity and continue improving. Those stories help the kids understand that growth comes through dedication, resilience, and learning from mistakes. Beyond being an outstanding coach, Carson is simply a great person to be around. He brings energy, positivity, and authenticity to every interaction. The players look up to him not only because of his baseball knowledge, but because of the example he sets as a person. We are incredibly grateful for the role he has played in Youssif’s development and would highly recommend him to any player looking to improve both as an athlete and as an individual.

My son has started seeing Bryce Hardway for hitting lessons. My son has loved the lessons! He says they are incredibly informative and helpful. I have seen a noticeable difference in the distance, speed and direction of his hitting. My son also said he is also able to see and feel the difference in what he is doing wrong now. Bryce takes the time to talk to him about body mechanics but also asks lots of questions to make sure he my son is thinking about what he is doing correctly and incorrectly. Bryce is encouraging but also doesn’t let up with his positive criticism. He works hard to make sure the boys understand all aspects of hitting. I can’t recommend Bryce enough!

Coach Marcus is excellent. My son has been taking hitting lessons with him. At the beginning of last season, he was struggling quite a bit due to a growth spurt. Coach Marcus helped him improve step by step, and in the second half of the season, his hitting really picked up - he even hit 4 home runs. We're really grateful for the coach's help.
