After seeing an advertisement on Instagram and reading numerous positive reviews, I decided to book a trial class for my daughter. The initial trial class was postponed due to rain, although there was no rain on that particular day. However, I understood that it was the week before Thanksgiving. I rescheduled my daughter's class for today, and while it did rain, it ceased at the scheduled time. Consequently, I went to the class and waited with my daughter. After waiting for 10 minutes past the scheduled time, I sent a message and received no response. I then called, but the coach ended the call abruptly. Moments later, I received a message stating that, due to safety concerns, the courts would be wet and we needed to reschedule once more. I would have appreciated receiving this message prior to the class or if the coach had been present at the court, as we were the only ones there. I ultimately sent a message to cancel the appointment due to the lack of professionalism.

If you want the best tennis coaches in Broward county go to Tennis Master Academies! I have my 8 year old enrolled and we have had a great experience. The coaches are friendly and effective. They are there to teach them technique and to help them become great tennis players. In 2 short month, I have seen a huge improvement in my daughter’s tennis abilities with Coach Jalen. I also take classes there and Coach Kennedy is amazing. He pushes you to reach great potential. I highly recommend Tennis Master Academies!
