Salvadore Park Tennis Center is the City of Coral Gables' municipal tennis facility at 1120 Andalusia Ave., with 13 lighted clay courts and a graded junior program run by the city's Community Recreation department. Future Stars (ages 5-7) introduces young beginners through the USTA 7 & Under Tennis Method on a 36-foot court with larger red decompressed balls; Satellite Players (ages 8-10) follows the USTA 10 & Under Tennis Method on a 60-foot court with low-compression orange balls and encourages players to join the centre's team in the USTA Junior Team Tennis League; Junior Development (ages 8-12) prepares players for competitive play, with participants expected to compete in at least two tournaments each month; and Varsity Tennis is designed for students who aspire to play on their high school tennis team. Junior classes meet three times a week, and all students must be evaluated by the program coordinator before their registration will be accepted. Registration runs through the city's RecTrac portal, which publishes separate resident and non-resident fees.

The place has tennis courts for anyone who likes this sport and a playground for the little ones and also why not for the adults who visit it if they want to share the experience of playing together with their children. You don't have to worry nothing about how you park the car because the park have a lots of parking spaces for everyone come, high recommend for family and kids spending time together.

The playground is big, well maintained, and has so many different areas for kids of all ages. There are climbing structures, swings, slides, and even a small zip-line that the kids absolutely love. It keeps them entertained for a long time without getting bored. One of the best parts is the shade. There are tons of mature trees and covered areas, which makes a huge difference — especially in the Miami heat. Parents can actually sit comfortably and watch their kids without feeling like they’re melting. There’s also open green space that’s perfect for picnics, birthday parties, or just letting the kids run around freely. Parking is easy and free, which is always a plus. The park is clean, the atmosphere feels safe, and the crowd is usually very family-friendly. Right next door you also have the tennis center with clay courts, so it’s a great spot for both kids and adults. Whether you’re planning a playdate, a birthday party, or just need a reliable park to burn off some energy, this one is a winner. Definitely a go-to park in the area!

Very kid friendly. There is also spaces to do picnics on the grass, benches, and tables. Park was very well taken care and kid friendly. There was even water fountain and one mainly to fill water bottles. Amazing park!

★★★★★Angela CI’ve been going to Salvadore park since my son started walking. I’m so happy that finally the park its being remodeled. If we loved it before we love it even more now. This park is great for kids because it has a lot of trees that provide great shade. Now with the new remodeling they added a new playground area and they replaced the old playground. So now the kids have more areas to play while still enjoying the freedom and nature that this park offers. They still are working on half of the park I think it will open soon.
