Tennis Academy of the South is a junior tennis program serving Dunwoody, North Fulton, Roswell, Cobb and Buckhead from its base at Sandy Springs Tennis Center, where its summer camp is held. The camp takes recreational and beginner players ages 5-14, Monday-Friday, 8:45 a.m.-1:15 p.m. — a half-day schedule ending after lunch — in week-long sessions from late May to early August at $225 per session. Days combine on-court drills and games with arts and crafts, pickleball and ping pong, and Friday afternoons bring a mini tournament. Campers are grouped by ability and age and bring their own racquet and lunch.
