Tennis Academy of the South

Tennis Academy of the South, run by Groslimond Tennis Services at the Sandy Springs Tennis Center on Abernathy Road, trains juniors from beginner level through tournament play. Its one-week summer camp for ages 5 to 14 offers early (9am to 1pm), afternoon (1pm to 4pm) and full-day (9am to 4pm) sessions that mix tennis drills and games with pickleball, ping pong and arts and crafts, with a Friday mini tournament. During the school year, Youth Tennis teaches beginner to intermediate players ages 5 to 14 in 6 and 7 week after-school lesson sessions using USTA Net Generation right-sized courts and equipment, and a Junior Pickleball Program serves ages 7 to 14. Tournament players can train year round in TAS Select for ages 7 to 12 or the TAS Academy, both by invitation of the program director.
