★Nicholas HerrickHorribly managed center. Maybe they'll one day figure out their reservation system, but this is the 4th time in 6 months I have had courts cancelled within hours of my reservation. Was left a voicemail, and when I went to call back within 10 mins it took 6 tries to get someone on the phone. Gina was then unhelpful and standoffish when I was asking if there was anything they could do to remedy this issue other than a refund as they left us in quite a bind.

The atmosphere is welcoming, and it’s clear they truly care about their members. The coaches are knowledgeable and provide great feedback and encouragement. The kids lessons are fantastic— well-structured, engaging, and great for all skill levels. The coaches are patient, and they care about helping my kids develop a love for the game. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a tennis center. We love Agape!!
★SThis tennis center is extremely poorly managed. I make reservations in advance, only to be told the day of / a couple hours before, that the time should have been blocked and the court is actually not available. I’ve also been approached while playing to say that I don’t have a reservation, despite having made one and having email confirmation. I don’t understand why after multiple instances of this, they cannot update their reservation system to reflect available times.
