I have two boys in weekly classes and it’s by far their favorite part of the week! The coaches and staff are great with the kids and the obstacles are fun but also appropriately challenging. I believe that the strength building and agility training they receive here will build a strong foundation for any other athletics they chose to pursue.

Been coming here for years for birthdays and weekly ninja workouts for our little one. Ninja Nicole and her staff have always been awesome. Our little one has fun and she's making noticeable gains in both strength and confidence. I'm also excited about the new rock wall - I'm going to start climbing for 45 minutes while my little one does her weekly Ninja workout.

Not just ninja classes for kids! great for adults to climb too. My Husband I love it here. missed having a climbing gym after moving from St. Louis, so thankful Nicole put the wall up at Tenacity!

tenacity ninja gym has been such an incredible place for my daughters. the coaches have helped them build real confidence and a stronger sense of body and movement awareness. the skills they learn show up far beyond the gym. it’s a fun, positive, and genuinely supportive environment, and the kids can jump in as early as age 4. we’re so grateful to have a place like this in paducah! highly recommend.
