Powered by GoogleLove oak has been the nicest people to me and my family since we moved here last year from Florida. We are able to use the fields and get Nathan's baseball skills up whenever the fields are empty and not set up for a game. All of the people and coaches are amazing so far. The only thing I wish Lone Oak had was proper practice fields for the teams to practice on all week long when the main fields were used, maybe a fundraiser drive one day to buy more property nearby to help with this, we would gladly donate to make this happen. A great place for young people to learn the game and get off their ipads and just be kids again.
Nice update to the play ground also but needs swings.
Best thing going for them is the concession stand. Except for the prices. The parking is horrible. The roads in and out need to be wider and there should be signage for which way to go. The flag needs to be moved so the entire park can see it during the national anthem and some of the fields need to be leveled out with more sitting areas provided.
Great Ball park, with an awesome concession stand. If you like great BBQ nachos and grilled chicken sandwiches, this place is it. Open Wednesday and Friday nights 5 to 8 for the 2020 spring/summer ball season. Update 5/16/2023 Summer season is in full swing. Watch the park on weeknights and Saturdays for some entertaining games and great grilling at the concession stand.
Nice little quiet park for the 4yo to fly off the merry go round and get his thighs burnt by the sizzling hot 16ft stainless steel slide on a warm sunny day. Just like when I was a kid.
