★April BWelp my 8 year old has been attending “Girls Gym 1.” Since last year July 7, 2025 and she was never been approached about moving on to the next phase. I’ve spoken to other parents and seen their children move forward. And their children started much later than my daughter. So, I decided to pull her out, because there’s no progression. I just felt like the routine was the same. And the instructors didn’t pay her much attention. I’ve been paying $102 a month. Just for her to be in the same place she was last year. I paid for my daughters last and final month on February 17,2026. That covered the month and any make up days. My daughter missed a makeup day last week March 19,2026. Due to not feeling well. I called in today March 25,2026 to schedule a makeup day. I was told by Valerie since we didn’t call to cancel or reschedule. We’ve loss the opportunity to makeup that class. I asked if there’s any exception that can be made? I’m like we’ve been coming since last year. And no one has ever stated that. And she said, no it’s nothing that can be done. And it’s noted in the policy. I tried to view “that said policy” to verify and clarify what I was told. And I didn’t see that. Online account only shows I signed three policies and it was accepted by the staff. But it’s unavailable to me for review since July 2025?! With that being said, I’m taking my daughter to Galaxy indoor trampoline. To jump for 30 minutes for $10.

★Jessica KennedyPaid $90 to watch this gym favor their own competitors over visiting teams. It was blatantly obvious and happened last year as well. Any future competitions held here will not make it on our calendar. Really shows poor ownership and coaching that they have to rig the judging.
